Associate Fraud & Claims Operations Representative

Overview

Support customers with fraud and claims operations by capturing claim information, researching account activity, and providing claim status updates in a call center environment.

What you'll do

• Capture pertinent customer information about claims.
• Research new and existing claims.
• Provide updates on claim status.
• Review complex account activity and take appropriate claim-handling actions.
• Answer incoming calls while providing customer support.
• Escalate questions and issues to experienced roles.
• Coordinate with colleagues and supporting functional areas.

What you'll need

• At least 6 months of customer service support experience.
• Equivalent experience through training, military experience, or education may qualify.
• Ability to conduct investigative research.
• Ability to handle routine customer support tasks in a call center.
