Associate – GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Associate GenAI and Agentic AI Engineer responsible for building autonomous agents and RAG systems, with a focus on agent evaluation, safety, monitoring, and optimization.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen, and other frameworks.
• Develop and optimize retrieval-augmented generation systems.
• Create evaluation frameworks for agent performance and safety.
• Implement monitoring and logging for agent behavior.
• Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
• Improve agent architecture and capabilities.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Full-time BE, BTech, MCA, MTech, or MBA qualification.
• Advanced Python programming, including asynchronous programming and API development.
• Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM optimization.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern software development practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple LLM providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Knowledge of agent orchestration, workflow management, NLP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of semantic search, information retrieval, agent alignment, and safety.
