Overview
Design, build, and operationalize secure, scalable production applications with embedded AI capabilities. The role spans full-stack development, Generative AI, RAG, intelligent automation, RPA, cloud AI architecture, and production operations.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end enterprise applications with AI integrated into business services and workflows.
- Develop React front ends and secure C#/.NET Core, Python, and REST API back ends.
- Design and implement RAG, AI agents, copilots, document intelligence, conversational AI, and workflow solutions.
- Build AI-enhanced RPA bots and intelligent automation workflows.
- Architect Azure and AWS cloud AI solutions using services including Azure OpenAI and Amazon Bedrock.
- Implement prompt management, guardrails, evaluation, observability, and hallucination-reduction controls.
- Build CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code pipelines and support solutions through production operations.
What you'll need
- 4–6 years of professional software engineering or AI engineering experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong full-stack experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#/.NET Core, Python, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, RAG, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
- Practical experience delivering enterprise solutions with Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience building RPA bots and workflow automations integrated with APIs, enterprise applications, and AI services.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
Nice to have
- Azure or AWS architecture, machine learning, or relevant application development certification.
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry Agent Service, Bedrock Agents, or multi-agent frameworks.
- Experience with Power Automate Desktop, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent RPA platforms.
- Knowledge of FinOps practices and AI workload cost optimization.
- Experience in regulated or security-conscious enterprise environments.
