Overview

Associate I, Sales Support provides administrative and sales-assistance support to customers and sales staff.

What you'll do

• Support order processing and prepare customer quotes.
• Manage sales information and sales-related documentation.
• Organize customer sales seminars and workshops.
• Manage inventory of sales literature and brochures.
• Conduct competitor research and maintain competitor documentation.
• Prepare reports on customer inquiries, sales trends, complaints, and product returns.
