Overview

AGGP2027 Graduate Sales/Support Associate is a personalized two-year global graduate development journey starting October 2027.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Sales team to design, build, and refine customized pitch decks and client presentations.
• Conduct continuous market research on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and aviation regulatory shifts.
• Monitor competitor activities, product positioning, and market share to support counter-strategies.
• Assist the Business Development team with basic financial and operational models to assess sales campaigns and regional strategies.
• Complete at least one rotational placement during the two-year program.

What you'll need

• Have a degree level or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field.
• Be recently graduated or have first professional experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Show a desire to work collaboratively to drive innovation.
• Demonstrate self-awareness and interest in taking charge of your development.
