Overview
Associate IS Bus System Analyst for Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm (medcomms) at Amgen. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop release strategies and maintain system availability, performance, and risk-based validation in GxP environments.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business partners, product owners, developers, and testers on release strategies for Veeva Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm.
- Ensure systems meet business needs and maintain availability and performance.
- Lead day-to-day operations and maintenance for Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm and hosted applications.
- Design, develop, and implement applications and modules (custom reports, SDKs, interfaces, enhancements).
- Analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into architecture and design specifications.
- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and testing strategies following IS change control and GxP validation using risk-based validation.
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents to reduce downtime.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 2 to 5 years of Computer Science or Information Systems experience (or related field).
- Experience with Amgen Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComm, including Veeva configuration settings and custom builds.
- Strong knowledge of information systems and network technologies.
- Experience building configured and custom solutions on Veeva Vault Platform.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Details
- Work location: India - Hyderabad.
- Work hours require a later shift and candidates must be willing to work evening or night shifts; possible second shift is 2:00pm–10:00pm IST and third shift is 10:00pm–7:00am IST.
