Associate, Learning Business Partner

Overview

Associate, Learning Business Partner (LBP) supporting business functions. Own end-to-end training operations and execution, and support an AI-native business function learning strategy.

What you'll do

• Design and execute the AI-native strategy across core business functions.
• Work with teams to understand how they do their jobs and what challenges employees face.
• Identify training needs by talking to managers and suggesting training sessions to address gaps.
• Build training plans with feedback from leaders and set how training will run.
• Run training execution by managing the calendar, sending invites, and ensuring smooth sessions.
• Use the LMS to upload training materials and track lesson completion.
• Measure outcomes with data on attendance, feedback, and training impact.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors, including outside training experts and workshop logistics.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years of experience in a training or L&D role managing multiple tasks at once.
• Comfort speaking with people from junior staff to leadership.
• Detail-oriented organization and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfort using modern AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and GPT.
• Strong Google Workspace skills to manage data, track performance numbers, and present insights.
