Overview

Support outsourced finance and assurance processes for clients by reviewing data and financial documents, managing quality controls, and resolving queries.

What you'll do

• Execute client interaction, data review, and process optimization activities.
• Implement and monitor quality controls.
• Resolve escalations and queries.
• Conduct compliance reviews and audits.
• Review and verify financial documents.
• Manage customer data and due diligence processes.
• Document processes and procedures for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of experience.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Oral proficiency in English.
• Written proficiency in English.
• Ability to analyze information and discern patterns.
• Ability to collaborate with team members to deliver managed services.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in business process outsourcing.
• Experience with claims performance management.
• Knowledge of compliance auditing and review.
