Overview

What you'll do

• Execute outsourced processes, including client interaction, data review, and processing.
• Implement and monitor quality controls.
• Resolve escalations and queries.
• Manage customer data and conduct due diligence.
• Review and verify financial documents.
• Conduct quality assurance investigations and troubleshoot process issues.
• Document processes and develop quality control procedures.

What you'll need
