Associate Localization Specialist (0726-CH-133)

Overview

As an Associate Localization Specialist, you will support GLoSS by keeping localization tools running smoothly, helping users, and handling day-to-day requests. You will work hands-on across localization tools and workflows while building expertise that can grow into a full Localization Specialist position.

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day operational support across GLoSS tools, including the TMS, AI translation solutions, and AI voice platform.
• Onboard and train new users on localization tools, workflows, and best practices.
• Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot tool and workflow issues.
• Follow up independently with stakeholders to close the loop.
• Support vendor coordination and communication.
• Liaise with stakeholders across a globally distributed, matrixed organization on day-to-day requests and questions.

What you'll need

• Hands-on experience with localization workflows and at least one TMS platform.
• Confident communication in English, including explaining tools and processes clearly, guiding users through onboarding, and following up with stakeholders independently.
• Initiative, independence, and the ability to use your own judgment to move work forward.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and ways of working quickly.
• 2 to 3 years of experience working in localization.
