Associate Manager, Data Operations

Overview

Lead the day-to-day execution of Anaplan’s revenue data programs and support the health of the GTM data ecosystem by managing data operations specialists and ensuring high data quality across GTM systems.

What you'll do

• Contribute to and execute a data stewardship roadmap for GTM systems in line with senior leadership direction.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT to translate priorities into actionable data operations work.
• Serve as the data operations point of contact for initiatives like territory planning, system migrations, and product launches.
• Manage data enrichment execution using tools such as ZoomInfo RingLead and D&B Connect.
• Continuously improve automation workflows for data management (de-duplication, validation, and process automation) in Salesforce and connected systems.
• Prepare and share data quality reporting and operational status updates to manager/director-level stakeholders.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the data operations team, including coaching and performance feedback.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or business operations in a SaaS/technology company.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading a data operations team or function.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, validation, and analysis.
• Comfort presenting data quality metrics and operational updates to manager- and director-level stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and tracking tool performance.

• Reports to the Director of GTM Technology & Data Operations.
• Requires flexible hours to accommodate time zones across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
