Expense Management and Governance, Associate, Business Unit Management

Overview

Support expense tracking, financial reporting, invoice operations, and data management within Corporate Services. Improve the efficiency and scalability of expense-management processes through accurate reporting, reconciliations, and automation.

What you'll do

• Track expenses, prepare reports, and perform ad hoc analysis.
• Reconcile actual expenses against forecasts.
• Review, validate, and submit invoices for payment.
• Monitor invoice aging and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor-spend and invoice-status trackers.
• Use Excel automation, Copilot, and AI tools to clean data and generate spend insights.
• Improve trackers, workflows, datasets, and process documentation.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in finance, operations, or business management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with data, reporting, or invoices.
• Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation and basic formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to expense management, procurement, invoice processing, large datasets, or financial systems.
• Experience with AI or automation tools, Copilot, Excel functions, or basic Power BI.
• Experience working with global teams or stakeholders.
