Overview
Associate Manager responsible for developing and optimizing reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions supporting Global Development initiatives.
What you'll do
- Design and implement Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, reports, metrics, and analytics.
- Build, test, maintain, and refine reporting workbooks and dashboards.
- Provide technical guidance and task direction to the Reporting Specialist.
- Collaborate with onshore teams on predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions.
- Optimize reporting platforms and tools for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Ensure visualization outputs meet data quality, integrity, security, relevance, and accuracy standards.
- Lead opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence and Large Language Models into reporting solutions.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience, or a relevant master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytics solutions.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models into a reporting landscape.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with clinical trial operational data.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Qlik.
