Associate Manager Software Engineering / RR

Overview

Associate Manager, Software Engineering role supporting mainframe applications, including production troubleshooting, programming and release activities.

What you'll do

• Assist and troubleshoot in production Mainframe environment.
• Provide technical support of the Mainframe applications.
• Design, code, test and debug Mainframe programs and source code.
• Evaluate, analyze and test improvements as required to complex modules, meeting the coding standards.
• Provide prime assistance toward application releases installation into production under given direction.
• Analyze batch and online flows and create SOPs and other operational documents.
• Coordinate and involve in peer reviews and walkthroughs.
• Plan and implement every needed process step as defined in methodologies.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of WMA/Vantage product knowledge.
• Overall experience of 10-15 years.
• Technical proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2.
• Work at top technical level of every level of applications programming activities.

Nice to have

• Life Insurance domain knowledge.
