Associate Occupancy Planner

Overview

Manage a client’s workplace capacity, demand, and supply by driving occupancy plans, move sequencing, and planning issue resolution.

What you'll do

• Manage space portfolios for a specific client’s workplace.
• Drive occupancy plans and sequencing of group or individual moves.
• Recommend and enforce policies and procedures for space utilization.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Prepare and update project status reports and reconcile discrepancies with the client.
• Assist senior leadership with site-specific planning strategies and guide team cross-campus portfolio strategy development.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Have 5–7 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment.
• Have previous space/occupancy planning experience at a strategic level.
• Be familiar with typical occupancy metrics and industry occupancy trends.
• Use Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills.
• Be proficient in AutoCAD.
• Be able to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience with interior office renovations.
• CAFM system experience.
