HR Service Delivery – Associate, HR Business Partners

Overview

India Service Delivery – Associate within Human Capital Management, responsible for end-to-end operational support and automation/process improvement across HR talent domain processes globally.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end resolution of escalations and complex employee/HR Business Partner inquiries, meeting defined SLAs.
• Act as senior point of contact for India Coverage on hire-to-retire processes, guiding Analysts and managing high-priority cases.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to identify pain points and recommend process, policy, and system enhancements.
• Manage domestic relocation, leave management, workforce reduction, and exit processes end-to-end with policy compliance and statutory adherence.
• Analyze ticket trends and root causes using HRRT/AskHR and other systems, and translate findings into RCAs and automation opportunities.
• Present dashboards and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Lead process documentation, SOP updates, and knowledge management for operational consistency and audit readiness.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Service Delivery, or Shared Services.
• Proven stakeholder management skills for building trust and influencing HR Business Partners, employees, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and data comprehension skills to perform RCAs and translate findings into recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivots, lookups, formulas, and data analysis) is required.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to foresee challenges and recommend solutions before escalation.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment with competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
