Associate - Onboarding & Engagement (Kannada) (Eaze)

Overview

Associate - Onboarding and Engagement for Eaze, an emotional wellness platform where users connect with experienced wellness buddies. The role handles recruitment, training and onboarding of these buddies and is responsible for their performance and development during their tenure.

What you'll do

• Process leads generated through multiple channels and guide potential candidates through the application process.
• Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates on key skills such as communication, empathy, and emotional maturity.
• Develop and deliver training programs that equip wellness buddies with the necessary skills and knowledge for success on the platform.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process that integrates new wellness buddies into our community guidelines and operational standards.

What you'll need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply operations, Chatrooms, Social Media, Creator Onboarding or Community Operations.
• Good understanding of mental health principles or adaptability to learn.
• Fluency in Kannada (must know Read, Write & Speak) along with proficiency in English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.
• Strong skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
