Associate Partner - Strategic Deals 3

Overview

Associate Partner responsible for driving GCC-focused sales strategy and execution for advisory, transformation, technology, and outsourcing services.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and advisory strategy targeted at Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior GCC executives and decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations and close significant deals with major GCCs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
• Implement sales processes, tools, and systems; track and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service delivery and client satisfaction.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience in core consulting (Big 4 preferred) selling advisory, transformation, technology, and/or outsourcing services.
• Proven track record selling to Global Capability Centers or similar organizations.
• Experience working with large enterprises and multinational corporations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Proficient (C2) English language proficiency.
