Overview

Supervisor - Training (Sales Coach) role in Bangalore focused on improving sales performance through coaching, development plans, and analytics.

What you'll do

• Drive improvements in sales conversion, ARR, attachment rates, and other revenue-focused metrics.
• Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities for individual and team improvement.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions for low and mid-performing agents.
• Deliver observation-based sales coaching using call listening, side-by-side coaching, and live interventions.
• Build and execute Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and facilitate refresher training sessions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales coaching dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Operations, Training, Quality, or Coaching roles.
• Strong understanding of consultative selling and customer experience.
• Skills in consultative selling, objection handling, and revenue optimization.
• Experience with performance management, adult learning principles, and training delivery.
• Analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and performance reporting.
• Strong communication plus influencing and coaching ability.
