Associate Pricing Analyst

Overview

The Associate Pricing Analyst completes pricing service cases, analyzes pricing data, and prepares recommendations on price changes while following SOX validation and documentation procedures.

What you'll do

• Complete pricing service cases according to SOP and SOX guidelines.
• Organize data for new client pricing and price-change reviews.
• Analyze data and prepare recommendations for managers.
• Monitor case progress and follow up for timely completion.
• Audit pricing activities and analyze data for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Develop and report key pricing metrics with managers and analysts.
• Support pricing strategies, process improvements, manuals, and training materials.

What you'll need

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing work environment.
• Ability to communicate across organizational levels and build cross-functional consensus.
• High professional ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience with or exposure to the Professional Employer Organization business model.
• Experience in a public company with SOX controls and procedures.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Essbase, SQL, Tableau, or other business intelligence systems.
