Overview
Associate Principal Consultant to lead Salesforce business analysis, discovery, and requirements for business and technology teams.
What you'll do
- Lead Salesforce business analysis, discovery, and requirements gathering across teams.
- Independently run Discovery and Design Workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into scalable, configurable Salesforce solutions.
- Define and document Salesforce requirements for workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
- Manage Salesforce projects for requirements gathering, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Maintain solution documentation such as process flows, data models, and technical specifications.
What you'll need
- 9 years total experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Hands-on Salesforce business analysis, requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design.
- Experience independently driving Discovery and Design Workshops.
- Experience managing Salesforce projects end-to-end from requirements through stakeholder coordination.
- Experience creating and maintaining Salesforce solution documentation.
- Experience developing and maintaining a requirements management strategy.
Details
- Good-to-have: JIRA or equivalent Agile project management tools.
- Good-to-have: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of backlog grooming and requirements prioritization.
- Monitor project scope against SOW and support change control processes.
- Support Agile delivery ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Requires a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
