Overview
Demo Engineer / Presales Solutions Consulting at Appian, supporting the SPEAR team in building and maintaining reusable product demo assets for global sales engagements.
What you'll do
- Capture, ingest, and organize product demos into DemoHub for reuse across the Solutions Consulting organization.
- De-brand prospect-specific demos and refine design and functionality for broader use.
- Refresh and extend existing demos using advanced Appian features and latest releases.
- Contribute to development and maintenance of the DemoHub application.
- Record, edit, and update clickable interactive demos in a third-party demo platform.
- Produce walkthrough videos, demo scripts, talk tracks, and quick-reference guides.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants worldwide to align demo assets with go-to-market priorities and customer outcomes.
What you'll need
- Strong experience with Appian or a similar low-code application development platform (design, development, debugging).
- Excellent technical and programming skills with concrete examples of delivering polished work.
- Attention to detail and a focus on high-quality output that others want to copy.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal).
- Comfort working cross-functionally with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Physics, or equivalent work experience.
