Associate Project Solutions Engineer

Overview

Associate Project Solutions Engineer providing technical guidance and pre-sales support, developing technical and commercial designs for customer projects, and supporting risk review and handover.

What you'll do

• Travel onsite as needed to gather information for design accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance and pre-sales support using trials, demonstrations, presentations, or technical evaluations.
• Develop technical and commercial designs for assigned projects/accounts.
• Review sales quotation/proposal documents for technical risks and viable hardware/software requirements.
• Work with sales and end customers to document accurately for handoff to execution teams.
• Collect and share competitive information and market needs with management.
• Support continuous improvement by gathering post-completion feedback from project execution.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in technical application development.
• Ability to determine root cause on electro-mechanical solutions using troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and present to stakeholders.
• Ability to understand and positively impact sales opportunities.
• Knowledge of working safely in industrial environments and following safety protocols.
• English language proficiency.

Details

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Travel: 30–50% of the time.
• On-call availability and response to customer emergencies is required.
• May require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on customer/project needs.
