Project Engineer

Overview

Project Engineer in JLL’s Project and Development Services (PDS) team, supporting planning, execution, and closeout of construction and development projects.

What you'll do

• Assist in planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and change orders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues across the project lifecycle.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction project management or related role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as PMP or LEED AP.
