Overview

Specialist, Engineering Services (Project and Development Services) is an on-site role partnering with project leadership to drive project success across small and major projects.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the project manager or senior project manager to drive project success.
• Own small projects and support major projects.
• Manage reporting, communication, and working procedures with clear project objectives.
• Create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews and attend project meetings.
• Forecast project expenditure and help manage project budgets.
• Maintain client relationships by identifying needs, requirements, and constraints.
• Manage professional consultants, support contract administration for vendors, and implement risk mitigation.

What you'll need

• At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• A degree in any property-related discipline is typically expected.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to forecast project expenditure and manage project budgets.
• Expertise in using JLL technology platforms to deliver projects.
• Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and communicate and collaborate.
