• Work closely with a project manager or senior project manager to drive project success.
• Own small projects and support major projects.
• Manage project reporting, communication, and working procedures, ensuring clear objectives.
• Create project-related reports, analyses, and reviews and attend project meetings.
• Forecast project expenditure and manage project budgets.
• Coordinate professional consultants and perform vendor contract administration.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures while keeping health & safety and sustainability front-of-mind.

What you'll need

• At least three years of experience in design, construction, or project management.
• A degree in any property-related discipline.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to use technology platforms to deliver projects.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Capability to manage project revenue and payment cycles.
