Project Engineer

Overview

Project Engineer for JLL’s Project and Development Services (PDS) team, managing and delivering complex construction and development projects.

What you'll do

• Assist in planning, execution, and closing of construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and change orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project success.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and the MS Office suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice to have

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP).
