Overview

Associate Revenue Operations Analyst, Policy & Rules of Engagement to help the Field Sales team apply go-to-market policies consistently. This is an entry-level remote role aligned to US time zones.

What you'll do

• Maintain documentation and processes for go-to-market policies and rules of engagement.
• Answer policy questions and help resolve policy-related disputes.
• Review and apply established policies, escalating issues when needed.
• Keep accurate data, process documentation, and best practices for first-tier sales teams.
• Collaborate with operations, strategy, sales compensation, and sales systems partners to support consistent processes.
• Identify documentation or process gaps and share them with appropriate team members.
• Support policy updates and annual planning activities as business needs change.

What you'll need

• Interest in revenue or sales operations, policies, and go-to-market systems.
• Experience handling data, documentation, or administrative processes via coursework, internships, projects, or prior roles.
• Ability to review information closely, identify issues, and document clear next steps.
• Ability to organize multiple requests, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-team stakeholders.
• Interest in applying policy and resolving questions or disputes fairly and consistently.
• Demonstrated curiosity, asking questions, learning new processes, and taking ownership.
