Salesforce Certified Administrator

Overview

Salesforce Certified Administrator responsible for maintaining the health, security, governance, and adoption of a Salesforce platform used by Sales, Marketing, and business operations.

What you'll do

• Ensure the health, security, and governance of the Salesforce instance.
• Manage Salesforce administration including user access, security settings, and automation tools.
• Maintain data integrity, de-duplication, and data security policies.
• Support audits, system updates, release management, and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Implement integrations and troubleshoot helpdesk/configuration/performance issues.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• Valid, active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification (required).
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
• Creative, analytical problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training and support.
