Associate - S&P - Procurement Ops 5A

Overview

Procurement operations role supporting transactional procurement processes for a client under Genpact's S&P (Procurement Ops) practice.

What you'll do

• Perform procurement related tasks as per the Standard Operating Procedure documents approved by Client
• Execute day to day transactional procurement processes (vendor management, competitive bidding/request for quotation, PO fulfillment - requisition/PO creation, delivery/order confirmation, query management, AP issue resolution, PIR creation and maintenance, support sourcing activities and requests, contract maintenance and catalog management, translation of business communications to local language)
• Act as contact person for business stakeholders, vendors and internal operational teams for resolving basic issues with purchase orders, requisitions, invoices and payments
• Investigate and resolve deficiencies with suppliers or internal parties
• Support process improvements, new tool or scope implementation/standardization
• Meet or exceed all SLAs with the utmost integrity and in compliance with SOPs and client's policies

What you'll need

• Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Industrial Engineering, Bachelors - Logistics, Bachelors - Supply Chain Management, or Masters - Operations Management
• Certified Procurement Professional (CPP) - International Institute for Procurement and Market Research (IIPMR)
• Required skills: Ariba, Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Care, Data Literacy, Data Visualization, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Generative AI, Healthcare Payors, Information Security, Insight Generation, Microsoft Office, Procurement, Procurement Operations, Purchase Order Request, SAP BusinessObjects Web Intelligence (SAP WEBI), SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC), SAP Overview, Sourcing and Procurement, Spot Buy, Trust and Safety
