Overview

As an Associate in SAP consulting at PwC, you will provide consulting services across SAP applications, analysing client needs, implementing solutions, and offering training and support for effective use of SAP applications.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Recruitment, Training and Event Management, and Performance Management.
• Customize SAP HCM processes to support HR business processes.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and support post-implementation.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
• Provide documentation including design specs, functional specs, and user manuals.
• Support data migration and integration activities related to SAP HCM.
• Stay updated with SAP HCM industry best practices and system upgrades.
• Coordinate with technical teams for development and integration.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies related to HR processes.

What you'll need

• SAP HCM experience: 2 to 4 years
• Mandatory skill: SAP HCM
• Education: Bachelor of Engineering, or MBA (Master of Business Administration); the ad also lists BTech, MBA, MCA, MTech and CA as education qualifications
• Required skill: SAP FICO

Nice to have

• SAP HCM Certification
• Experience with SAP HCM Payroll in localized regions
• Exposure to SAP upgrades and support projects
