Overview
The Associate Service Finance Analyst supports the regional Finance team with financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance support for the after-sales services business. The role supports forecasting, budgeting, closing activities, cost analysis, and core FP&A activities for the Service organization.
What you'll do
- Partner with finance managers to support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and closing activities for the Service organization.
- Extract, validate, and analyze financials regularly from multiple systems.
- Provide insights through reports and dashboards to Service Finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Tag and classify actual fixed costs and SG&A expenses by nature.
- Prepare structured summaries for monthly and quarterly variance analysis and financial reviews.
- Prepare data summaries of O&U profitability order by order and by P&L line.
- Prepare monthly headcount movement reports.
- Support financial planning through accurate tracking of workforce-related cost drivers.
- Prepare and book Manual Journal Entries (MJEs) for a predefined set of recurring transactions during closing cycles.
- Support finance teams in ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes.
- Maintain and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Support report automation and process simplification initiatives.
- Ensure reporting models and datasets remain accurate and up to date.
- Support zone-specific initiatives and finance projects.
- Respond to business requests such as historical account trending and performance analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and analytical processes.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a university or college.
- Financial work experience.
- Fluency in English.

- Clear thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to lead projects or process improvements within operations or finance functions, quickly grasp new ideas, break down problems, identify solutions, and implement solutions.
- Adaptability and flexibility in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, or ambiguous situations.
- Solid PC skills, including experience with financial systems or applications and strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation.
- Experience with building, updating, or using Power BI dashboards.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience working across multiple levels, including executive level, functions, and regions.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment.
