Associate Solutions Architect (GTM)

Overview

Associate Solutions Architect (GTM) supporting enterprise transformation lead-to-support processes by designing and governing end-to-end solutions for commercial services onboarding via digital channels and enterprise platforms.

What you'll do

• Research and recommend technical standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define roadmaps for products and processes.
• Resolve stakeholder issues as a point of contact.
• Make date-driven decisions using problem solving and analytical skills.
• Translate requirements into actionable architectures and maintain architecture roadmaps.
• Support architecture governance within a design authority structure and solution reviews.
• Communicate and ensure adherence to architectural standards across project teams.

What you'll need

• Wide variety of solutions architecture experience across multiple business contexts.
• Consulting experience with a strong track record at an IT consultancy or large corporate.
• Experience working with agile teams and globally distributed teams.
• Experience with CRM and self-service platforms, including integrations (CRM-to-self-service, CRM-to-ERP) and middleware/web content management.
• Experience with application security best practices.
• Experience developing solution architectures and preparing/maintaining diagrams (business process, data model, system, sequence, process flow).
• Prioritize a technical or business discipline degree (BA/BSc/MSc/BEng/MEng).

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
• Work model: Hybrid; 2–3 days a week in the office depending on the role.
