Associate, Specialist, Real Estate, CRE Strategy & Administration

Overview

Associate Specialist role responsible for end-to-end lease and rental administration for a bank’s real estate portfolio, including rental processing, compliance, budgeting support, and landlord coordination.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end rental processing for multiple landlords.
• Handle lease abstraction and maintain lease-related documentation.
• Process and monitor GST, TDS, and Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) transactions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of rental and occupancy expenses.
• Support rental budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate activities performed by CBRE support staff, including supervision of four staff members.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in rental/lease/property administration.
• Strong understanding of rental operations, budgeting, and lease documentation.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and RCM processes.
• Experience in stakeholder management and landlord coordination.
• Fluency in Tamil and Telugu is mandatory.
• Graduate or post-graduate in a relevant field.
