Overview

Associate SRE Engineer responsible for production stability, operational support, deployment assistance, automation, and proactive service reliability improvements.

What you'll do

• Manage and resolve day-to-day BAU operational issues.
• Support application testing using Performance Center, UFT, Delphix, Jenkins, and internal testing tools.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate directly with users.
• Develop automation scripts using Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell.
• Use Co-pilot and DBS GPT to improve daily SRE workflows.
• Monitor system health and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement measures to prevent service disruptions.

What you'll need

• Experience in SRE, system administration, or production support.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Groovy, and Shell automation.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Center, UFT, Delphix, and Jenkins.
• Strong user interaction and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Understanding of emerging AI technologies in technology operations.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Co-pilot and GPT-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
