Associate Strategic Sourcing – Global Procurement based in Mumbai, India, supporting procurement coverage for India and APAC.

What you'll do

• Support negotiations while managing matrixed internal stakeholders.
• Manage sourcing deals, including supplier selection and negotiation across IT and non-IT categories.
• Conduct market analysis and run tenders to select suppliers for products, services, and strategic projects.
• Identify sourcing projects with expected savings and completion timescales.
• Execute local strategies to extract supply-side savings and manage demand-side consumption to reduce Total Cost of Ownership for external spend.
• Highlight operational and regulatory risks to the Category lead and Country Head and participate in resolution of sourcing issues.
• Review strategic partner and vendor performance with teams across service delivery, contracts, and supplier relationships.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university.
• 5 to 7 years relevant procurement experience managing complex sourcing projects across multiple categories.
• Experience with complex commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work in virtual, global teams in a dual reporting matrix organization.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows, applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
