Overview
Associate role focused on leading and coordinating structural engineering projects from planning through delivery.
What you'll do
- Provide direction, coordination, planning, and completion of engineering projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and manage expectations.
- Lead and mentor structural engineers, BIM modelers, and project teams to distribute workload effectively.
- Perform analysis and design of structural systems for various building types and materials per applicable codes and standards.
- Manage design deliverables and multidisciplinary coordination, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
- Review structural calculations, design reports, drawings, specifications, and BIM models for technical accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor progress, resource utilization, financial performance, and engineering task time to meet milestones.
What you'll need
- 12–15 years of relevant structural engineering consultancy experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with M.Tech. in Structural Engineering (mandatory).
- Strong technical proficiency in RCC, PT, and structural steel analysis, design, and detailing.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian Codes is mandatory; familiarity with US Codes, British Standards, and Eurocodes is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD.Pro, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other engineering software.
- Experience with BIM workflows including model review, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Ability to perform engineering planning, resource management, scheduling, QA/QC, and document control.
