Structural Engineer

Overview

Structural Engineer performing structural analysis and design tasks for buildings and infrastructure projects, with minimal supervision.

What you'll do

• Prepare and develop structural analysis and design calculations for buildings and infrastructure.
• Gather, review, and correlate engineering data using established procedures.
• Execute structural engineering assignments involving calculations, modeling, design checks, and evaluations.
• Develop structural design solutions in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Perform structural analysis using engineering software and prepare design documentation and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural designs with other disciplines.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, and project deliverables for quality and accuracy.

What you'll need

• Master's Degree in Structural Engineering (preferred).
• Knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks (preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on structural design assignments.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting project schedules and budget requirements.
