Job description
Overview
Support the reliability, availability and performance of critical applications and IT infrastructure by monitoring system health, investigating alerts and troubleshooting incidents in a 24/7 support environment.
What you'll do
- Monitor system health across critical applications and IT infrastructure.
- Investigate alerts and troubleshoot incidents.
- Work with monitoring platforms such as AppDynamics, LogicMonitor and Azure Monitor, alongside SQL databases, Windows servers and IIS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams on incident resolution, root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
- Help maintain stable operating environments and meet operational service-level agreements.
