Associate Technical Program Analyst - Project Management, Workplace Technology (1 - 5 Years)

Overview

Associate Technical Program Analyst focused on project management within the Workplace Technology and Global Corporate Real Estate organization, supporting Digital Enablement Solutions initiatives.

What you'll do

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of small to mid-sized initiatives within the DES PMO.
• Own project execution across scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Use PMO governance, delivery practices, and reporting for predictable and compliant execution.
• Apply data- and AI-driven insights to project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate risks and issues with data and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors for integrated delivery and release readiness.
• Track and report progress, milestones, financials, and key metrics to portfolio/PMO leadership.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree (basic qualification).
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor’s degree (minimum experience statement).
• Foundational understanding of project or portfolio management concepts.
• Ability to organize information, track details, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI-assisted insights, analytics, or automation tools for planning and executive reporting.
