What you'll do

• Deliver technical support to Salesforce clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Advise on best practices for user management, data management, reporting, and dashboards.
• Identify cases that need escalation to Professional Services or the Account Executive team.
• Track and maintain client communications and case documentation in Salesforce.
• Follow support processes while suggesting improvements to reduce resolution time or repetitive effort.
• Use AI tools to resolve issues faster and surface insights for the team.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Up to 12 months of experience in voice support, IT/Product Support operations, or a customer handling role.
• Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal.
• Action-oriented skills in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Curiosity about AI-driven tools and workflows for automation.
• Technical aptitude to learn Salesforce Cloud applications and solutions.
