Associate Trainee

Overview

Support enterprise cloud business applications in HR (HCM) and Finance as an Associate Trainee, working alongside SMEs with structured training and mentorship.

What you'll do

• Learn and support business processes across the HR (HCM) and Finance modules.
• Assist SMEs by understanding business requirements, processes, and system capabilities.
• Resolve user queries and application-related issues under SME guidance.
• Support day-to-day application operations, transactions, workflow monitoring, and data validation.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and preparation of business insights.
• Participate in testing for enhancements, releases, and process changes.
• Maintain process documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, training materials, and test artifacts.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, commerce, finance, business administration, HR, or related fields.
• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates and internship experience encouraged).
• Strong interest in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, and business transformation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a process-oriented way.
• Flexibility to work in the afternoon shift.
