Associate, Treasury Risk

Overview

Associate, Treasury Risk is part of the Treasury Risk team supporting centralized FX and interest rate risk management. The role works with global investment, IT, trade operations, finance, and accounting teams to support analysis, reporting, and risk monitoring.

What you'll do

• Support senior team members with analysis, presentation creation, and reporting.
• Deliver accurate and timely materials to be presented to senior management.
• Perform analysis on hedging strategies and PnL.
• Monitor, develop, and maintain risk reporting.
• Liaise across investment, trade operations, IT, Treasury, and accounting on reporting for FX risk and trading activity.
• Resolve trade discrepancies and support onboarding workflow for new funds and users.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure fund onboarding and ISDA process progress.

What you'll need

• 3–5+ years of capital markets/treasury/FX/interest rate/asset management experience.
• General knowledge of FX and interest rate markets and sponsor hedging strategies (forwards, options, structured products).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Programming/tools exposure including Python/VBA, Power BI, Visio, and Bloomberg terminal (preferred).
• Familiarity working with large or complex data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in finance and accounting.
