Associate Workday HRIS – Workday Absence & Payroll

Overview

Support, configure, and improve Workday HR systems with a focus on Absence, Payroll, and HCM Core. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Workday solutions.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain Workday Absence, Payroll, and HCM Core functionality.
• Translate business requirements into Workday configurations and business processes.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and support production issue resolution.
• Develop test plans, conduct testing, and resolve defects during releases.
• Analyze and validate HR data loads and transfers.
• Support Workday integrations, EIBs, calculated fields, and data interfaces.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members on Workday functionality.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence and Payroll.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong experience with Workday HCM Core.
• Experience with Workday configuration, HR policies, and business processes.
• Experience creating test plans and conducting manual and release testing.
• Working knowledge of EIBs, integrations, and calculated fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Workday Time Tracking experience.
