Associate Workday HRIS – Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation & Benefits Configurations

Overview

Support and enhance Workday HR systems as a functional and technical subject matter expert in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and HCM Core. Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable configurations and improve processes.

What you'll do

• Configure and maintain Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and related business processes.
• Support annual and off-cycle compensation reviews, Open Enrollment, new-hire enrollment, and life-event processing.
• Translate business requirements into configurations, rules, workflows, notifications, and validations.
• Prepare test plans and conduct functional, regression, integration, and release testing.
• Analyze HR data loads and support mass transactions using EIB and other Workday tools.
• Troubleshoot integrations, reports, calculated fields, and complex production issues.
• Train, mentor, and advise HR, Compensation, Benefits, and service operations teams.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration experience.
• Workday Benefits experience, including plans, eligibility rules, enrollment events, and business processes.
• Experience supporting compensation review cycles or Benefits Open Enrollment.
• Knowledge of Business Process Framework, condition rules, calculated fields, notifications, and validations.
• Experience with testing, HR data validation, EIBs, integrations, reports, and calculated fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or 5 years of relevant professional experience.
