Associate Workplace Experience Coordinator

Overview

The Associate Workplace Experience Coordinator in Gurugram will support daily onsite office operations and enhance workplace experience.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day office operations and maintain an organized environment.
• Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events.
• Manage office supplies and equipment while maintaining vendor relationships.
• Track facility-related invoices and service records.
• Maintain relationships with building management, maintenance providers, and office vendors.
• Assist with office moves, repairs, and operational projects as needed.
• Manage facilities and space planning for the office.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years experience in hospitality, real estate, property management, or a related environment (plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience using a badging or access control system.
• Experience using Microsoft Suite, including Office 365.
• Experience using ServiceNow or another ticketing system.

• Location: Gurugram, India.
• Work mode: Onsite, Monday–Friday.
• Supports an existing dedicated wework suite in Gurugram and a dedicated lease office planned to open in Fall 2026.
