Overview

Lobby Ambassador is an on-site customer-facing role at JLL where you serve as the first point of contact and help maintain a safe, well-run workplace experience.

What you'll do

• Act as the face of JLL and deliver welcoming, professional stakeholder interactions.
• Provide high levels of customer service and integrity while handling enquiries, issues, and complaints.
• Work with facilities management to support safe and positive experiences for clients, vendors, and employees.
• Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with safety guidelines.
• Book meeting rooms and manage office supplies inventory.
• Handle maintenance-related paperwork and update the phone directory and company brochures.
• Assist facilities management with overseeing contractors on-site and finding vendors and services.

What you'll need

• At least 12 months of experience in a corporate environment, particularly in reception.
• Experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field is ideal.
• Strong customer service orientation and integrity.
• Superb written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional, managing multiple operational matters under stressful situations.
• Skill in managing conflicting priorities and applying proactive, holistic approaches.
