Customer Service Representative II

Overview

Customer Service Representative II (Order Management) in Bangalore responsible for high-end order processing and customer support activities.

What you'll do

• Perform high-end order processing for assigned regions.
• Use Oracle JD Edwards, SAP, BaaN, PRMS, Macola, AS400, and other function applications.
• Support an enhanced customer experience through customer service activities.
• Ensure performance metrics/SLAs are met and follow set TAT guidelines.
• Proactively flag issues that may hamper business processes.
• Solve straightforward problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures.

What you'll need

• 2-3 years hands-on experience in order management.
• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administrations).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Exhibit verbal and written communication and social skills.
• Be thorough, well organized, and have analytic and problem-solving abilities.
• Be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Be flexible to work in night shifts.
