Senior Manager, Workplace & Facilities

Overview

Senior Manager for Workplace & Facilities in India, leading workplace and facilities operations across multiple locations.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop insourced and outsourced workplace and facilities teams across multiple locations.
• Set objectives and performance metrics, and hold the team accountable.
• Define and implement processes/playbooks aligned to global workplace strategies.
• Manage space planning and allocation balancing functionality, employee experience, and cost.
• Oversee office events and ensure facilities meet local regulations, safety standards, and policies.
• Manage vendors for food, beverages, and essential services, including renewals, RFPs, and service level assessments.
• Own the annual operating budget with variance tracking and cost-saving initiatives.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of workplace leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience mentoring and developing team members and building cross-functional partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior executives.
• Comfort setting goals, pivoting quickly, and managing multiple priorities.
• Experience managing infrastructure service providers (e.g., custodial, catering, maintenance).
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, Coupa, Slack, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Budget development and financial planning/procurement/sourcing process experience.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Work mode: in-office 5 days a week; travel ~10%; may work overnight shifts (Monday–Friday).
