Asst Manager-PM (Software & AI)

Overview

Asst Manager for Software & AI, focused on leading end-to-end delivery of software programs using Agile practices.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of software programs from initiation to release using Agile.
• Manage 3–5 concurrent software programs.
• Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for program governance.
• Use Smartsheet for planning, tracking, and resource management.
• Align Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams.
• Provide weekly and monthly executive reporting.

What you'll need

• 7–9 years of experience.
• 5–6+ years in software project/program management.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI.
• Hands-on expertise in Smartsheet.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytics, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing multi-team/global programs.
